Members of the Horde:

Currently because of recent strain on the relation between the Hill People society and the Horde I am requesting that all assistance to the Hill People be frozen. The Horde is not looking at creating a rift between the two but would like to have full understanding for both sides before there are any resolutions. I am expecting that all members of the Horde treat Hill People with respect in the areas of common will but do little to assist them in their goals. The Hill People have declared war on all of the Alliance and are choosing to fight the battle alone. Though, the Horde has offered diplomatic assistance in their needs the Hill Council has rejected all favor from the Horde for here on in.

If any Hill People ask for assistance in disrupting the Alliance in the areas of Desolace, Ashenvale, Stonetalon Mountains or any areas in Northwestern and Southeastern Kalimdor it will be looked down upon by the entire Horde. Although, the Hill People have helped in the past with assisting the Horde through use of their members what they are choosing to do creates a very hard place for the Horde and Alliance relations. As I have stated before we are not trying to wage war with the Alliance and the Horde and with recent events building the Horde does not need more issues.

I expect all members to treat the Hill People with respect, but all members of the Horde are barred from assisting any Hill People in rampages into Alliance held areas or camps in the areas stated previous – final!

This is what my brother meant when he asked if I wanted some of my pre-Scourge glory back. I will help you raid anything close to Horde territory even staging grounds like Auberdine. As for conquest: I won't approve of that if it involves Darkshore, Teldrassil, and Azuremyst islands. Teldrassil was planted by the kal'dorei and it is rightfully theirs unless someone conquers it.
