The Missing Journal
During my capture, several things were taken from me. Among those were a vial with Moon Well water, parchment, ink, quills, drafts of unsent letters, letters from my brother, a Thalassian-Darnassian dictionay, and a book on the history of Azeroth. I am not looking for any of those. Is there a chance of me receiving my personal journal back before it gets fully translated?

Re: The Missing Journal
Asarelah tapped her pen to her teeth, wondering what the following message was going to cost her. Warburn was still furious for her steadfast defense of the Al'shar Commander, and she did not want to fan the flames. But Leothiel did have a right to his journal back.
Leikos had already refused to give back the assassin's dagger, nearly snarling at her when she had continued to press him for it's return to Warburn. Perhaps he might bend a little on this more personal request....
She glanced at what she had written one more time....
Ambassador Frosthawk,
I expect to be in contact with Commander Leikos later this eve, for a short time....
I shall ask....
Ambassador Asarelah
Nightwarder, of Lady Nyx
Satisfied that it would answer the Ambassador's query, she summoned an owl and sent the message aloft, on the wings of the wind.

Re: The Missing Journal
~much later that night~
Asarelah returned wearily to her home after meeting with the Al'shar Commander, a small package held in her gloved hand. Walking in to her study, she was comforted that a small fire had been left for her, still jumping merily upon the fireplace grate. Her heart was sore, heavy and cold and she dropped her tiny burden with a thump on her desk, as she stepped toward the fireplace to warm herself.
Chaliyphah had heard her light tread enter the house; softly stepping in to the Study, she noted at once the aura of despair radiating all around her Mistress.
"Lah, what is it? I can feel you hurting again all the way over here. Did you not enjoy your evening with the Commander? What news?" a worried Chali whispered to Asarelah's turned back.
Asarelah started to reply and choked, a sob escaping from deep within her as she bit her lip to keep from crying out. Gathering herself up in iron control, and forcing a smile on her face, albeit a weak one, she turned to face her young apprentice.
Not answering right away, she waved at the still wrapped bundle on her desk. "Chali, send word to the Ambassador that I have his journal and he can retrieve it at his leisure. It's there on the desk."
Chaliyphah nodded, but her gaze in to Lah's honey rich eyes that were obviously tear swollen did not waver. "And...?"
Asarelah's face dropped again, clearly stricken, all sembalance of control forgotten. In one rasping ragged breath she nearly screamed, "Leikos abandons this world. Now leave me be!"

Re: The Missing Journal
Jeriden paused at the doorway of Asarelah's home, watching her exchange with Chaliyphah. The knight had escorted Lah back to her home, after having responded to her cry of anguish when she learned of Commander Leikos' decision to leave this world. He had 'felt' it deep within his own heart, as if some greater being had been at work guiding him. Such was how the Light worked, with reasons all it's own and not meant to be fully understood by mortals.
Jeriden had learned a lot over the last few weeks, but he served dutifully as Asarelah's champion and guard. It was he who helped her onto her horse, and he who guided the mount back to her home, trying with every effort to ease her pain. He was short two kerchiefs, having given them to the Nightwarder to stem the tide of her tears.
He walked inside, regarding the scene. "I'll remain for several hours yet, m'lady, should you have further need of me," he offered quietly. His dark blue eyes flicked down to the journal for a moment. He had heard (and seen...) quite a bit of the character of Ambassador Frosthawk; but as this was Leothiel's property and personal thoughts, Jeriden knew far better than to disturb it by leafing through it himself. There were only certain circumstances where such an act could be justified, and this was not one of them.
Instead, while he waited for the arrival of the man, he placed it on a higher shelf, making sure it was at least closed. Light only knew the secrets that were given.
He bowed politely, and took up a position near the doorway to wait and to watch.

Re: The Missing Journal
Leothiel made a special trip to Silvermoon to pick up some supplies for his role in the assault on Naxxramas. While he was there, he decided to make a stop in Fairbreeze to pick up his newly-found journal missing since his capture. As he picked it up, he noticed that the lock on it was broken. He thumbed through the pages. All of his acquired knowledge was still intact, albeit dog-eared. He also realized his mind and secrets were now Alliance reading material.
