So unfortunately my lil bro is known to be a little lax on security and so got hacked (for a 2nd time). This time is a particularly bad situation as his WOW account has now been merged to a battle.net account as part of the hack, which obviously is not his.
What this means is the login id to use for WOW now the battle.net info, with a new password, and associated e-mail. So in one fell swoop every piece of static account info has been changed.
Basically merge your account first before a hacker can!
