Anonymity on the official forums is going away

Another option is to have the characters we choose to post on captured dynamically from our profile settings. This would work similar to the forums here, I believe, where any changes made to your profile/signature are reflected in all future and past posts. Yes, it allows people to post on level 1 characters, but they will always be known on the forums by that lvl 1 character until they change their profiles.nnI could be wrong about it working like that here, but I have seen phpBB (maybe vbBoard) function that way.nnUnfortunately, I think it may be a somewhat significant change in forum architecture to accomplish that change.
