Healbot does a lot of this, too - at least for me. On the raid frame, I can left, right, middle click (plus modifiers) someone's bar and cast whatever heal I think is appropriate. The added benefit of healbot is that it reminds me of this various options when I mouse over the raid frame. By the end of Wotlk heroics I was basically using one button for bubbles and renew (+shift for the latter), making heroic runs that much less fun.nnNot sure if healbot can work the same way with dps people (I never set it up on my mage)
