Eh.. I downloaded the torrent for the full client. Installed and everything. Ran Aion. I got gameguard opening up two browser windows... one for reinstalling the game and the other for.. turning off firewall/wtfever. And then Aion said the game was not available in my country? I live in NYC.... I turned off my antivirus protection/firewall ... still get the same error. I also reinstalled. Same error, again. I uninstalled Aion. Now I'm downloading it through NCsoft's launcher .... at 30-40 kb/s I'm very frustrated~ ＿|￣|○ /smashheadagainstsomethingrough

Erm.. What did you guys do to install this game?

I say start with Elyos, definitely RP server (that way we have the option without as many rp griefers around us)

I'll be going Assassin or Gladiator and I will not, I repeat WONT have a damn unicorn shoulderpiece for my assassin.

As far as crafting, I'll probably go alchemy for assassin or weaponsmithing for gladiator

Okay. I deleted/uninstalled everything. Then installed Aion all over and it works now. Just ready for open beta. Thanks.

Suggesting you pick one to make it fair / your main etc.

ok, at last... kept having problems with AIon installer updater. Found a link for the full Aion 1.5.0.1 release and downloaded that instead (I think off of Rapid Share it was.. did a google serch for it) Got it all installed and ready to go.

I thought about trying one of the private servers seeing I missed the closed Beta but thought about everything that could possibly go wrong if I did that... SO, I wait for the open beta in 2 1/2 weeks.

Not sure what class I'll take..
