All I wanted to do was to fish for a few minutes before going to bed after a long day of cleaning and spending time with the family. I really didn't think I was asking for that much. But apparently Blizzard thought that was way to much of a demand. About an hour of waiting in queues and then getting disconnected due to lag, I didn't get to do anything at all

I know the feeling. The times I would have to play while here in Costa Rica are fairly short (an hour or less at a time), and without exception have fallen in server prime time. There's been little point in me even trying to log in with the queues as they are currently. Here's hoping for Blizz to open up free character transfers from ED, to thin out the non-Nyx crowd a little bit.

Yes, it's starting to mess up our raid starting times as well. Blah to q's

I notice the queue times didn't flare up until about the weekend before Christmas. It sounds like they have intensified. I also heard that Emerald Dream is the "Suggested" RP-PVP realm. I haven't been able to play since Saturday as I am waiting for my new power supply to arrive (I am using a secondary computer at the moment). It sounds like I haven't missed anything. If no other components are fried, I should be back on about Tuesday or Wednesday.

As far as the Q times, lets hope that some of it is just due to "Christmas Vacation" and it will let up when school get going again.

It was 1456 for me around 6pm last night. I got in game around 8pm finally.
