For those who haven't read the Q&A yet, wowhead has a blog post with the highlights of the upcoming dual spec system.

Some little highlights..
- Dual Specs are available at max level only (may expand to lower levels if popular)
- Switch at a Lexicon of Power (summonable by an item created by scribes)
- Two sets of Glyphs, one for each talent spec

Yep, but I was reading somewhere, and I can't remember where now, that some of the things have changed, like it doesn't require a lexicon now and its available lvl 40+?
