TRIBAL CONGREGATIONnnWHATnOn TUESDAY DECEMBER 23rd the Tribe Nyx shall meet together under a spiritual bonfire to strengthen our bond as a warband. Often we learn of one another as we fight on the battlefields against scourge and alliance alike, yet infrequently we take the time to give our undivided attention to learn about one another in a focused atmosphere. nnOn this date we shall form a tribal circle and face one another. Over the magic of the bonfire one of the tribe shall be allowed to direct any question at any other tribe member, and the question must be answered fully and honestly. From that point, the questioned tribe member may then direct one question at a member of his or her choice, and on from there. It can be a question regarding the members history, personal feelings, relationships within the tribe, or their innermost thoughts- the question is up to you. nnThe tribe shall meet for the duration of one hour, at which point the flames will be extinguished and the meeting broken.nnHOW IT WILL COMMENCEnEveryone interested in attending be on and ready 10 minutes prior to the event. Announcements shall be made over the guildstone and invitations to the raid will be sent out by Swanthula or Dracmorda. Once the raid is formed, the location of the event shall be announced. For security purposes, the location will be kept secret until the raid is formed. We can mingle, smoke and share spirits until all have gathered at the meet spot, at which point the circle shall be formed and Dracmorda or Swanthula will begin to organize and execute the meet.nnWHENnnWednesday the 23rdn8:30 PM SERVER TIMEnnRULES OF ENGAGEMENTn-Appropriate tribal rp dress is requiredn-No weapons or armor are to be worn to the ceremonyn-No OOC chat in party/raid/say or yell is permittedn-Inapropriate acts (dancing/Mohawk grenades/etc.) are not permitted and shall not be tolerated nnVOLUNTEERS NEEDEDnnTender of the flames: we are in need of a flame tender for the duration of the meet. This person will wear ceremonial garb and be vigilant in keeping a fire lit in the middle of our circle. nnGuards/Scouts: In times of war, gatherings such as these oft times are disrupted by alliance. I hope that Nightwarder Leothiel can provide some minimal security for the event while the meeting takes place. nnIf you can or would like to volunteer for any of these duties, please respond below! If you are volunteering for guard duty, please speak with our Nightwarder of War! (assuming he will be heading this up!)nn__________________________________________________________________________________nnnOOC PURPOSEnnEssentially the purpose of this RP Event is to give everyone in Nyx a few minutes to actually rp in a serious environment and be given a chance to actually talk about who their characters are, as well as who the other members are as rp characters. nnSwanthula and I are trying to establish an atmosphere of IC respect so that we can all enrich our personal histories and lore within the context of the guild. All are welcome and encouraged to attend, but respect will be taken seriously. Any disruption of OOC weirdness will result in being uninvited to the event. nnObviously some characters are quirky, funny etc and that is in no way discouraged here, it’s just a formal request that for an hour while this event takes place, total IC is respected. This isn’t Intended to be dry or stuffy, just IC and we still want to keep it very fun!nnWE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ALL THERE!

((With real life and how my tues and thurs schedule is like, signed up and hopefully should be able to attend. you wouldn't think that a library would be that rigorous during the yuletide season yet...we are. anyway, back to the books.))nnI most definitely will be there with my lord and graciously hope to bring goodies.
