RP Renaissance - What can we do?

Recently, Ratchet was designated as THE place for Horde RP. What can we do to make RP an "Any time, any where" thing?

Hang out there as much as possible and RP even if it means RP-ing with NPC's.

Short of buying a server, I'm not sure.nnI'm kind of new to this server. Do the GMs/Blizzard ever enforce any of the guidelines here? If "no", that changes the way I'd approach the problem.

Idea just hit me.nPerhaps set some specific times and days we can hit by Ratchet and expect other people to be there?nNot really a specific event, just something that happens several times a week.nnUsing a hearthstone for RP just isn't the same, and actually meeting up in game for RP sparks interesting storylines.

They will enforce the rules IF users report the problem. Primarily they expect the players to police the RP servers and to file complaints before Blizzard will do anything to enforce the rules. The thing they respond to the most that I know of is names.
