Yes but this can be tricky, even to those who know better. Blizzard DOES in fact send emails from
donotreply@blizzard.com,
WoWaccountadmin@blizzard.com,
billing@blizzard.com and stuff like that. Good scammers can make it look like they're sending from the same email address, but if you know how to read email headers you'll see they actually come from Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo accounts.nnOn top of this, if there's a link in the email, one way to catch if it's legit is to pay close attention to the URL.

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com are the ONLY domains Blizzard will refer you to (as mentioned in their security info). Lots of scammers will send links that have that in the visible name, yet if you click on them they'll take you somewhere like
http://www.wow-account-battle.net or
http://www.worldofwarrcraft.com.nnSafest bet, what I've done is forwarded any emails I think could potentially be legit to Blizzard, they'll tell you if it's legit or not.
