Allaysia Mourningfire

Postby Marzzena » Tue Aug 17, 2010 11:40 am

Allaysia Mourningfire, a young student of the light, takes an old, heavy key from the chain around her neck and unlocks the door to her home in Silvermoon City, then pushes the big heavy doors open. She takes a look around and lets out a long sigh as she gazes at the items strewn in a chaotic mess around the home for a moment, then quickly heads up the stairs and starts shoving clothing and various other items from her drawers and into her bags after throwing items previously in her bags onto the mess on the floor. In the middle of her frantic movement, she stops suddenly and turns pale and cold as her hands lay upon a wedding band and an engagement ring that she had nearly forgotten about. nnMemories of a painful past start flooding back to her as she slowly sits on the bed and gazes deeply at the rings, completely lost in thoughts of a life lived long ago. She suddenly squeezes the rings in her hands tightly enough to draw blood for a few moments. "Why did you even bother to come back after all that time only to torment me by leaving again?!" she shouts, throwing the rings up against the wall in a fit of rage. as she suddenly looks around the home with her green eyes flashing. "This place is no longer my home. My home is now with Umarn, this is NOT my life anymore". She then mends her hand and walks to the place where the rings landed, picks them up, then shoves them in her pocket and starts to move around the home as she cleans it up and starts throwing reminders away. "It's time. It's time to do what's right, it's time to move on Allaysia, this is not you anymore. You have found a home with Umarn, in Durotar, a happier place than this". nnHours seem to pass as she works through the night, moving items and throwing them out at a furious pace until she becomes exhausted from both the emotional strain of being back in Silvermoon City, and the physical strain of removing Jydai's things from the home. She finally falls asleep against the cold floor, and does not wake until she feels the morning sunlight shining on her skin.

(cont.) nnSeveral hours after the morning sunlight streaks through the open windows, Allaysia finally wakes up and streaches, and decides to fix herself up, and have some breakfast before continuing her work. After a leisurly breakfast at the inn, she heads towards the Bazzar and purchases new items to furnish the home, wanting to erase anything old in the home that might invoke any feelings of bad energy to the home's new resident- whoever that might be. nnAgain, hours pass and she works through the night for the next few nights, but this time at a slower pace now that the majority of her former lover's things are removed from the home. One afternoon, Allaysia stands in the middle of the enterance returning from more shopping and gazes around her home, satisfied with her work. She then walks to the desk and takes scrolls of documets from it, and folds it up neatly. Allaysia heads up the stairs and packs her few meager belongings that remain, including the rings, then goes to the entrance of her home. "Goodbye Jydai. Please forgive me, but I can not stay here", she says softly as she takes one last look around the home, then leaves.

As she leaves Silvermoon City, she sees a paladin, and becomes startled by his appearance. "Leon?" she whispers to herself, then squints her eyes and looks at him again. She then shakes her head "No, that's not Leon", then breathes a sigh of relief. She continues on her path then suddenly stops and looks back at him, then rushes his direction. nn"Hello sir", she says softly to him once she approaches him. nn"Uh, hello miss, can I help you with something?", he asks, smirking abit at the young student of light. nn"Actually, I have something for you sir. I know you don't know me, and I don't know you. I know this might sound strange to you but please just trust me and take my word that this offer is completely legitimate". She then takes the key from around her neck and the scrolls of documents from her bag and hands them both to the paladin. "This is the key to my home, and the documents that go along with it. The home and its contents are now yours. The home is just around the corner from here. Please do not ask or seek me out further for I am leaving on a long journey and will not return to this place. Do with the home and its contents as you deem necessary, so long that you do not try to find me. " With that, she quickly turns from him without another word, summons for her horse and quickly makes her way to the Shepard's Gate before the young man can say anything more to her and heads towards Durotar to start her new life.
