Leothiel,
I am glad that your writing faculties have returned almost to their fullest. I would like to write to you, but we need to take brother-to-brother. I have thought the Old Gods and the Titans were mere myths but you have seen otherwise. The Blood Runes and their contagion are also a great concern to me. I sincerely doubt that they are the same blood runes the scourgetouched even use.

Re: Tormenting Visions
It was a clear day in Howling Fjord as Thieldren was mounting up to return to Vengeance Landing. As he arrived to smelt his newly found cobalt ore, he heard the caw of a hippogryph and turned around. It was carrying Leothiel. "Bal'a dash, brother" said Leothiel as he dismounted. Thieldren greeted Leothiel with open arms to embrace as brothers. "You said we needed to talk."
"Indeed we do. Your nightmares are of great concern to me. And even killing Islanna and me in your dreams is very disturbing. Tell me about some of your recent travels."
Leothiel was remembering some of the places he had visited and called them off: "Naxxramas, Eldre'thalas... always Dalaran..." Leothiel thought for a moment before saying "Black Temple, Ulduar, Sunwell Plateau..."
"Stop," Thieldren said to interrupt. He pulled out the semi-legible letter. "Was that the 'Uld--' you were referring to?"
"Yes.."
"What happened there?"
Leothiel would usually be ready to answer the question, but he feared something if he told the truth. "The.. titans are real and are rebelling. They.. will take over everyone."
"You are good at lying but that was the worst lie because you made it obvious. I understand there is a certain priestess who extract the truth. Need I speak with her?"
Leothiel replied very defiantly. "Go ahead and speak with her. She can use her mind tricks on me if she likes." At this point, Leo's voice grew cold and ominous. "Asarelah, the priestess you are referring to, will share those horrifying visions. If I fail the master of Ulduar, Asarelah could be the next champion. Yogg-Saron will be the new master of this world."
Right then, Leo felt a hard slap across the face then fell to the ground. Thieldren picked him up and set him on a bench. "Was that a Stormwind guard who slapped me?" Thieldren answered "No, it was my own glove. I do not want to have to do that my own brother." The incident made Thieldren forget about the contagious blood runes.
After Leothiel left, Thieldren finished his smelting and proceeded to write a letter.
Life's Greetings to Asarelah,
I have finished talking with my own brother. I would like to know more about Ulduar and this Yogg-Saron character. He was quite hesitant about talking until it seemed he was not quite in control of his voice. Do not Mind Vision or Control him under any circumstances.
Sincerely,
Thieldren Frosthawk

Re: Tormenting Visions
Asarelah tapped her pen at her teeth, frowning at the missive in front of her.
".... don't mind control Frosthawk under any circumstances? Rubbish!" she thought to herself. "I will if it serves the greater good, and not think twice!"
Reaching for parchment, she hastily scribbled a few lines.
Thieldren,
Your message is cryptic at best. I would mind control Arthas himself if it suited my ends. But why on earth would you think that I would willing dip in to the mind of your brother, only to be flooded with visions of his daliances with unclad blue skinned women? And what is all this about Ulduar and Yogg-Saron?
EXPLAIN !!

(( Writing as Thieldren after talking with Leothiel ))
Life's Greetings to Asarelah,
My brother's "dalliances with unclad blue women" are hardly a concern to you and are more of a fantasy than a tormenting vision. Have you ever dreamed of turning into a wretched? Have you ever siphoned magic to the extent where it alters not only your mind but your body as well? Are you growing horns on your head and wings? Have even woken up swearing you killed one of your own kin? These are the tormenting visions. The only thing I know about Yogg-Saron is his name and rumor has it he is in the bowels of Ulduar. I have talked with one Kirin Tor mage and he was too hesitant to speak on the matter.
Sincerely,
Thieldren
PS: Watch your tone with me next time you write and if it has to do with Leothiel, talk with him directly
===================================
(( As Leothiel on Friday night after Ulduar ))
Leothiel clutched his newly acquired sword as he returned to the Sunreaver Pavilion. He then presented it to Pollentia as she infused it very mightily. Leothiel went to bed in high hopes.
Once again, he found himself in Sunwell Plateau as the Scourge arrived. Standing next to him was his sister whom he knew would be dead in a matter of moments. He tried to warn her but she couldn't hear him. He then siphoned the power of the Sunwell killing everything and everyone around him even his own sister. The Sunwell was saved.
Soon, he felt himself being teleported. There were whispers and murmurs from the hooded crowd. "Is he The One?" is what he overheard. He was being pointed to an altar. He felt hands gently guiding him forward. When he arrived at the altar, he felt an infusion of power. He heard a whisper "Sacrifice now." Leothiel picked up a dagger and pulled the hooded figure close to him on it and sacrificed it. "His power is now yours." Leothiel pulled down the hood and recognized it as Thieldren. He had no remorse for a change. All of a sudden the room changed to a big blob with many gaping maws. Leothiel felt this blob take control of him when he woke in a cold sweat.
For a change, he could remember and wrote it in his journal.

Re: Tormenting Visions
*Setting: After the fall of C'thun*
Leothiel went to bed with the thought of taking down on Old God and a swig of moon well water. He noticed that not even the moon well water was staving off his tormenting visions as well the haunting voice. He found himself back in Silithus being greeted by members of the Twilight's Hammer. They did not want to kill him: They wanted to initiate him. He accepted. Leothiel immediately gave a speech then led an assault that leveled the Cenarion Circle settlement.
Afterwards, he was transported to Ulduar. There, he found the top Nyx leaders. Leothiel had orders from the Twilight's Hammer: Destroy the leadership of Nyx to draw out the Lady. Ulduar was clear except for the prison. Leothiel siphoned the power from a Faceless One who had great power. Soon, he found himself confronted by a vrykul woman. He ended her torment with a painful death. After that, Leothiel spoke in a strange voice and language: "Master, I am now yours. These are the ones who block you." Leothiel soon felt pain as the large blob took him over while the rest of the Nyx officers were devoured by insanity.
Leo then woke up in a cold sweat. He knew the Nyx officers were still alive but he didn't know how long. Even war with Kingship weighed heavily on his mind.

*sensing a disturbance, Asarelah confronts Leothiel*
*whispers*
Frosthawk,
Tis good that you "like" my Shadow Form, but rest assured that I SHALL Mind Control you should it suit the purposes of our Lady.
Tell me of these Visions I can sense in you. Tell me. NOW !!
And don't you dare give me any more rubbish about a leashed hound. Further, send word to your brother that I shall Mind Flay him within an inch of his life should he even suggest again that my "tone" is other than what it should be to a subordinate !

Re: Tormenting Visions
Lah, there is no need to badger me. All you have to do is ask about tormenting visions. "Unclad blue women" are more of a fantasy than they are tormenting visions. The visions I am referring to started off with transformations. First, it was to metal. Then it was to some of our disfigured brethren as wretched or felbloods. Then it came to killing members of my own family over again including my own brother Thieldren, whom I have regarded as more of a father to me. I've seen Quel'thalas burn and demons destroy the Sunwell. I have been initiated into the cults I have been fighting against. I have also killed top members of Nyx including you. The strange part is despite my oath, they leave me with no remorse until I wake up. Seeing you and other Nyx officers alive tell me that I haven't killed any of you. Moon well water is no longer of any help in warding off these visions. Soon will come a day that there will be no more Lady of the Shadows or her highest defenders. If you're willing to lose your insanity to "read" my mind directly, I will not stop you. You may find yourself a worthy champion of a new master if you do.

(( Scene: The Scryer's Tier in Shattrath))
*Whips out a pen and parchment and starts writing*
Dear Oracle Asarelah,
As long as I am not in Azeroth, I am free to write and talk about these tormenting visions. "Unclad blue women" are more of a fantasy for men. I can see through orbs of deception and most disguises and I don't recoil every time I see a draenei anywhere in the world.
Theses horrifying visions started off with transformations. Flesh into metal. Sin'dorei into either wretched or felblood. I've seen demons fly out of the Sunwell. I've seen a blob matching the description of Yogg-Saron "crawl" out of the Sunwell. I've seen Quel'thalas burn in these. I have murdered my own siblings both dead and alive over and over again.
After the fall of C'thun, they became even more sinister. I have found myself being initiated into old god cults and through no will of my own, sacrificing high-ranking followers of the Lady of Shadows.
I've read about Yogg-Saron and how he has corrupted the minds of many since his bonds were weakened. He's looking for a new champion and has found it in me. I fear that when we reach him, I will be unable to offer aid.
Sincerely,
Ambassador Leothiel Frosthawk
*wraps up the parchment and hands it to his whelpling Azureus. "You know whom to give this to." The whelp flies off*

Re: Tormenting Visions
There arose great clamoring from the bustling markets of Gadgetstan. Many goblin vendors hocked wares of all varieties as passerbys either avoided the sales or embraced the bargains. Among those seeking to bypass the chaos was Oneille Brightgrove she was determined to delivery her letter to a one Leothiel Frosthawk. Oneille traversed countless rugged terrains to seek the neutral zone of Tanaris. Here the elven ambassador sought respite from the awkward conversation with Frosthawk in Mulgore.
A sandstorm tore through the city causing Oneille to tighten the scarf about her face. The billowing winds whipped the course sand about rider and mount. Goblins and denizens raced to seek shelter from the savage assault of mother nature. Reigning in her talbuk Silver, Oneille dismounted gently as movement under her ensembly caused her to shift and pull at a paw, "All right pup stop squirming..."
Elven laughter proceeded to follow as Kim popped his wet black nose from under a mass of gather cloak. Panting the pup jump from the jumbled mess and scurried off to the nearest venue of trouble. "Crazy puppy..." Oneille sighed as she took her parchment from her leather satchel and looked it over one last time before placing it in the mailbox:
Dear Ambassador Frosthawk:
I was somehow left with the impression that there is more on your mind than what you're willing to tell me. I felt powerless as both friend and tribesman to not assist you. Would you think ill of me if I said I want to help? What can I do? What do you need? I'm worried, fearful that the echoes of our own magic addicted past might be the end of us.
Even so I was harrowed by the words of your family falling being slain by you...I could not begin to imagine the pain you must feel...no...I could not.
The reason I write to you is simply: you intrigue me ambassador and well I think...<scribbles>
If you seek aid I am here, friend
With much regard
Oneille Brightgrove
Rolled up and sealed away the parchment falls into the metal chute and awaits it's destination.
