Meet Shadow ((Open RP post for Felklek))

Postby Partedhair » Sat Jan 08, 2011 11:16 am

Moons Ago...nnRedpaw and Partedhair raced to Spirit Rise to find the troll rogue. They could hear from a distance the chants and cheers of the crowned to Umbral champion of Elder Tyruya but they didn't let their direction fold once they found him standing on the edge of the bluff. They tried to convince; to impede upon his intentions. They were too late. The troll stepped off. Parted ran to the edge to witness the fall shatter the bones of the rogue upon impact. Redpaw gasped jumping off the bluff. His transformation into a hawk made the shaman smile but that faded with haste. No good feelings entered his body after watching this. He growled merely popping veins out of his neck in rage. Hair waved over his eyes. Parted's part showed. He blew his hair upwards but it remained dangling over his eyes. nnSunrise, yesterday...nnFelklek was tired. He ran into the woods and kept running from something. From voices. The young troll was scared and had stopped briefly to catch a breath. Felklek looked on down the road at a band of taurens. A Sunwalker symbol rest on their tabard. They were loading crates onto a makeshift kodo mount but it hauled a large wagon for cargo. Felklek ran for it. nnThe great sun illuminated the buildings and forge of Krom'gar Fortress in Stonetalon Mountains. The guards lined the gates. Some had stopped civilians from entering with axe. Orcs paid a band of tauren runners gold coin for their generous kodo caravan shipments of weapons and supplies. A blood elf sat by the forge cleaning the barrel of a gun with his tiny hands and extra fingers. Overlord Krom'gar made his daily speech to the guards. His bickering on about alliance echoed the valley. He demanded more orcs pick up an axe and bury it into the enemies of the Horde. During his proud speech to the brave orcs listening in, Krom'gar heard a noise. A shuffling within some of the crates. Krom'gar walked over to the crates pushing his large axe up against one. Krom'gar turned away and walked back to the orcs to continue his speech. Felklek burst from a crate and fled. The orcs turned their heads and chased him to defend the base. They ordered him to halt but the troll leaped from a cliff and ended his life instantly. Krom'gar looked down at Felklek with a sly smirk and walked away from the bloody mess. A large hand rest on a fellow orc guard. He made an excuse by saying the troll tripped and ordered him to report it to Echo Isles for records.nnSunset...nnFelklek spoke into his guildstone. He didn't know where to stay. He was running from something. Partedhair happened to not be busy. He had been searching for something concrete in the ground other than kodo droppings. The tauren made his usual assumption that the comfort of Felklek be made with ease and quick before something were to happen. The troll, Felklek, spoke in tongues. Tribe Nyx had listened in even when their weapons pierced enemies from abroad. They were as unsure of Felklek once he couldn't control his words that they continued on with their tasks eager to listen but determined to widen the gap of injury they had delt. Naturally, Parted lent his hoof in aid to Felklek. He was sincere in telling Felklek that Thunder Bluff is a safe haven. That no tainted spirit would ever dare enter the bastion of his homeland. The scred ground with which his ancestors once stood and lived in prosperity as will his son. Felklek agreed to come to Thunder Bluff. Parted put his stone into his satchel and made preparations for the troll's arrival. nnMeet Shadow...nnFelklek tossed and turned in the Thunder Bluff inn. Pala, the innkeeper looked around with broom wondering if the troll was sick or needed extra blankets. The mumbling of Felklek in his sleep gave notice to some tribesmen and nightowls that prey on alliance at this time of night. They too have heard his strange demeanor. One thought it to be frogmortenson disease... but that would never occur in sleep. The bluffwatchers turned their heads inward and back into the stare of space guarding their position. nnFelklek sat up in his hammock covered in sweat. He grabbed his belongings pushing Pala out of the way. He ran up to Tal and flew out of the city in fright.
