Why do I feel like we got conned. Now I might be wrong, but she gets back in the guild, runs with us for less then a week, gets a load of gear running instances with us, got gear from the guild bank, and then yesterday /gquit the guild. I understand she allready is in another guild also. I'm certain that she's at least gear lvl 200 all around or better. She wanted us to "give her a chance"... no, done with her. She did 'nuff whining for the few days she was back for s dozen other players. She has earned herself a permanant place on my ignore list. I had no real feeling for or against her before but the pouty pouty, no body loves me song just doesn't wash, especially after she scooped up replacement gear for most of her slots in just a few short days.

I now have an opinion of her. It is that she is a greedy little self absorbed child that belives herself to be "entitled". That she belives herself to be more "special" then the rest of us. She showed a real lack of willingness to work through any personal issues with anyone in the guild. She apparently made the assumption that just because she came back everything is wonderfull, and that her transgressions had been forgivin by one and all. The reality is that they had not. And she has now shown a singular lack of moral fiber in taking a ride, and then taking a powder.

I don't want to see her again in the guild. She showed a serious lack of grattitude to the guild as a whole by her actions. I really feel like we got taken for a ride. Sucker us once, shame on you, sucker us twice shame on WE!

Tootles Tiffgirl. I forsee many more issues in your life child where ever it takes you. Don't come a knock'n any more.

I have already spoken to her. She left over a dispute with another member. She asked Lah and I to invite her back to Nyx. My answer is that she had to convince me that there was a good reason to let her back in. Simply being sorry is not enough is not enough in this case. She would have to get the people that she has disputes with with to convince me she should be back as well. And it would have to be an excellent sales pitch to convince me. Regardless of why she left, Nyx does not have a revolving door. The vote to let her back in at all the first time was extremely close.

She is not welcome back again PERIOD. She was told, upon being brought back into the guild, that she was on very thin ice. She blew that chance when she left us again within a week of being brought back in. During that week she managed to ding level 80 and get herself nearly fully geared, at our expense. As the good Oracle pointed out, we do NOT have a revolving door, and there's no reason G&N should have to in-process her every single time she has a personal issue with one member of the guild. Also, if she wanted back in that badly, she wouldn't have immediately joined another guild. No vote this time, apology or no apology, she's done.

I had little sense of who Tiffgirl was when I last voted, and voted to give her another chance based more upon who we are. We did our part, and whether we were used, or it's coincidental that she gained from us prior to a now regreted spat, she left, she joined another guild and it's over. No more votes, no more drama.
