Got in on the beta, trying the game out. I'm a bit amazed it runs on my laptop as well is it does (routinely pulling in 20fps at least despite being way under min reqs). We'll see if I stick with it, but for now I created a new Ashsaber, mage.

Aion Beta,
Khemaraa; Priest/Cleric
Cool; things about priests...
Priests area healing/DPS class with armor!!!
Chain for sure.. I think they get to pop into plate later.. not sure. Can whack targets at a distance and not to shabby in up close melee. Very soloable at low levels.. Being able to self heal is nice..
Notes: Never leave empty socket on your gear. Never be afraid to grind.. Money is easy to get in game. Mobs dont drop much but items sell to venders for around 1/3 of thier sale price. At low level dont waste your time sitting around on a stool in town trying to sell stuff. Vendor the garbage and go get some more. Khemaraa is currently 13th going on 14th and has over 35,000 cash.. Armor doesnt wear out... no repair bills. Learn about crafting... learning to craft is expensive and you can learn ALL of the crafting skills.. but it costs MONEY and TIME to learn and you do have to gather mats.. Game emphisis is on combat combat and combat. So far very little time wasted on time and spirit killing grindage. Character customization is pretty awesome, and if you want to change what your character looks like... you can. Full body resculpt availible in game!

Please... if you were a rogue, you'd know that you can use your blackened soul to conceal you even in blazing light.

Allright Beta is done..If everything is on scedule the game goes live for the advanced buyers on the 20th and roll out for everyone else on the 22nd.
Hopefully Sil is following this thread so can keep us apraised of his Legion formation plans..
