Somebody seems to want to cause me trouble

Previously about 3 months ago or so a level 1 alt sent me an incredibly rude and sexually graphic tell. I didn't take a screen shot, but I did report it. nnAbout a month ago a level 22 struck up a conversation with me. He was evasive about his identity. Neither is uncommon. People seem to think I remember all their alts and like to tease me if I don't. The conversation was uneventful when he started to make some suggestive comments and I didn't respond to them. I'm assuming that he contacted others since Dark didn't cooperate. I would love to see what 'evidence' he has against me.

On a related note, if anybody else gets any sort of harassing tells, be sure to report them. Blizzard does take this stuff very seriously.

I may not being a member of Nyx as of right now but I would like to add that since I left someone by the same name of similar name has continueousely whispered me. He has not yet harrassed me but his annoyance is getting close all he say's isnn"Hey Bitch why ya leave Nyx?"nnI was unable to ever get any screenshots cuz he normally does it when I'm logging out or in the middle of soemthing that causes me to lose the text i.e. searching trade chat or WG.nnI am extremely concerned and I have reported this person up to 5 times as of last night.nn~Gino

Gino, definitely get WIM. It'll keep the messages for so long. But you have be tosure to close each window to log stuff. At least I do. It'll help in situations like this.

nnnYeah I was thinking the same myself but I have a really hard time with WIM. I'm actually on my laptop and wow isn't even on the laptop it has to be on an external harddrive because my computer can't handle WOW by it's self. I do try to take screenshots though. If it happens again I'll be ready this time. I'm really disturbed and upset this person is doing this.nn=(nn~GinonnPS Thanks again for the advise Ria =)

nnIf you'd like I wrote an addon that I can post up around here somewhere (it's super simple) the whole purpose of it is to run the /chatlog command right when you log in so you ALWAYS have logs of chats (only time you don't is if you crash, but I've noticed that I only lose about 4 minutes of text when that happens since the chatlog is saved en masse when the buffer fills.nnThen if something like this happens you can go back and find the conversation.nnOnly downside is that if you run addons like MyRoleplay you have to wade through the spam from those channels.

nReporting them is the most important thing you can do. Blizzard takes harassment very seriously. They don't use our screen shots as evidence because those can be faked and same with our chat logs that we post. We don't really have the means to make irrefutable evidence. But Blizzard has their own logs of everything that is said in every communication channel. It is absolutely critical that you report this every time it happens. If you already have a ticket open when another incident happens, do not create a new one. Edit the one you have open and add to it. nnI want to talk to you in vent about what you've been putting up with. I also want to talk to Leoness because I think she has been subject to similar harassment.
