December 29 - Annual Reindeer Raid

As we did last Winter Veil season, Nyx will gather together with plenty of fresh and preserved Holly to ride on Stormwind.

We will meet in Grom'Gol base camp at 11PM Server Time to gather up, then ride through Duskwood and Elwynn Forest. Remember to bring festive attire!



P.S. - If you need some winter clothes, please post here and I will arrange for some to be made by our guild tailors.

I'll probabbly come personally since Tomoyo went on the last Stormwind Raid.

On a side note - are you able to post the location in which you can buy the Vender patterns for the Winter Veil Clothing?
I don't have the patterns, myself.

Also, one question, when you say 11 Server Time, do you mean AM or PM?

Now that you mention it... How about both 11 AM and PM? That way we can get some people from different time zones.

I don't know where you can buy patterns, I just know some people who got the patterns in the mail from Greatfather Winter. I have a pattern for the green clothes on Jinxa.

Sometimes, the Smokeywoods Pastures goblins have the green pattern. The red pattern shows up in the Neutral Auction House. More often, you can find the red clothes there. However, they are tainted by Alliance manufacturing practices, and I will likely laugh at you if you degrade yourself so.

Sadly, I will not be able to join this mighty tide of reindeer pride. I will be far away from any computer, and much the worse for it. Alas, not much I can do about it.

I have two extra Green Winter Clothes on Undesirable for the ride, and Jinxa is ready to make more if needed!

If I was you, I'd pop any extra Winter Clothes/Boots you can get your hands on in the Guild Bank.

We had a wonderful ride in the morning! Unfortunately, I was too exhausted to lead a ride in the evening. I'm rescheduling it for tonight at 11PM. We'll meet in Kargath and ride on Ironforge!

In the end we decided to ride from Zoram Strand to the Exodar. There was a great turnout, and some fun PvP! Ambrael rocked the damage meters. Linkan took some nice pictures that he posted to the realm forums.

It was indeed a blast. Disappointingly easy to get in, unexpectedly difficult to leave.

Perhaps we will go back soon....
