GC confirmed it at Blizzcon and there have been a spate of rage posts on the general forums ever since, due to the very fact that blues were saying on the official forums that it WAS still going to be fully achievable. MMO-Champion also has a link to the blue post stating that it wouldn't be possible to complete it post cata once the reps that will become impossible to achieve are changed

I've completed Shen'drelar rep, so the only things I'm hunting for now is Heavy Lockboxes and Darkmoon Decks (rogues is cheapest and easiest to make.)
