Thinking about an event.

I was thinking about making some sort of WoW Jepordy game. Categories such as spells, people, places, items, etc. There could be prizes. I would have to host it on my weekend (Sun/Mon atm) and get some prizes to give out.

Has Nyx done host game contests such as this? Would anyone be interested? Got any ideas?

We did a quiz type game for a guild meeting a month or two ago, but it wasn't in the form of Jeopardy. We can offer something from the guild bank as a prize, although last time there were quite a few that didn't claim their prizes. Barefoot and Ezraella organized the last one. You might want to talk to them about how things went to find out what worked out well and what they would change.

I organized something like this recently that I think went pretty well; I'm sorry you weren't able to make it! The one I ran was mostly an excuse to help people better understand information about the guild, with some warcraft lore organized by Ezraella to fill it out.

In terms of having people answer, unless you want to use vent to let people call out, I think you pretty much have to give the question to a certain person and move to another if they don't answer in time.

I'd be happy to work with you on running another one.
