Soon after, his aunt and uncle decided to disown their own son, for they never wanted him. Due to this tragedy, Desias’s father, Desmonde Stormfalcon, took his nephew, Wylenus, under his wing and raised the two for many years. However, Wylenus and Desias would constantly get into fights, which would dishearten Desmonde to see the two cousins act like such. Due to this, he sent Wylenus to Dalaran so he could learn self discipline from the magi and continued to train Desias in the ways of the light. When the invasion of Quel’thalas came, Desmonde was ordered to command the front lines, due to his rather high rank as paladin. During the battle, Desmonde was killed in combat with a Death Knight by the name of Brekton. Desias happened to be watching the battle from afar with some other Blood Knights, but was turned to look away as his father was killed. Giving him no time to recover from being so traumatized, Desias was immediately sent to live with the best paladin trainers known who would train him to be like his father. After being overworked and put down for far too long, Desias ran away to Durotar where he had a life threatening experience (ask him if you want to learn what happened) and eventually returned where he abandoned his old master. Later when Desias joined the Knights of the Dawn, he met a young huntress by the name of Semara. It was love at first sight for the both of them as they began to spend so much time together and be there for one another, soon leading to their marriage. Not all was meant to be peaceful however as the very same Death Knight who killed his father was still under the Lich King's will was sent to annihilate the last two remaining Stormfalcons. It was a long, hard fight on Frey Island as the Hand of the Phoenix did their best to keep the unstoppable monstrosity at bay and away from Semara, but he was too much for them. All hope seemed eminent before Wylenus and Desias finally arrived to bring the Death Knight down once and for all...not before Brekton slaughtered Desias's raptor who rushed in too early. To make a long story short, Brekton was freed from the Lich King's will due to a strong exorcism from Desias and now he works as a black-ops for the Stormfalcons to seek redemption. Now, Desias has matured much as a paladin all thanks to Lord Jeriden Dawnbringer. Semara however, has suddenly disappeared, leaving no trace of her whereabouts, leaving Desias to wonder if one can love a second time. He currently rides the mate of his original raptor, a special breed only those highly exalted by the Darkspeares are allowed to ride. Has an irrational hatred for warlocks, mostly for their elitism. He is mostly seen with a pipe full of mana residue in his mouth and appears overconfident most of the time, very few things worry him much. He is very well known for being able to focus deeply on a situation no matter what occurs around him. Very few times does he ever act surprised or shocked by a situation. Most of it is acting to asses the situation, to see if his enemy will let their guard down. Wylenus and Desias title themselves as loremasters for "borrowing" books from all around Azeroth, reading them, and exchanging them with one another so no one is smarter than the other regarding Azeroth's history.
