"Aitana, Shidomae told me that Warburn has already gone in search. I will catch up with him, while you get a legion ready to ride !!"
The druidess gave hurried instructions to the guards, and rushed out the door in pursuit of Asarelah. She caught up to her just in time to overhear Asarelah talk out loud to herself.
"Oracle, have you reached Zul 'Aman yet? Have you reached Tasera?"
Aitana smiled. Asarelah must be contacting Warburn.
"Aitana brings a Legion, I saw where they were holding her through Despara's eyes. We will get her back, not to worry, Smoketusk! But you and I have other matters that we must attend to, and now... the time grows short for our meeting with the Al'shar Commander at the Stonetallon Pass in Windshear Crag... We must be there within the hour!!!" Lah whispers urgently.
Those words stopped Aitana in her tracks. What other matters? And with the Al'shar?! Aitana felt her stomach turn. What kind of treachery was afoot that neither of them had mentioned this to her? She raced to catch up with Asarelah just in time to see her hearth stone complete its spell and she vanished from sight.
Aitana pulled out her own hearth stone. "Lah, what meeting are you having with the Al'shar?" There was a dangerous quiet to the thoughts that reached Asarelah's mind.
Startled with Aitana's voice angrily ringing in her head, Asarelah drew her warhorse to a halt. "Oracle, what do you mean by that?"
"I heard you whisper to Warburn. And I repeat, what meeting are you having with the Al'shar?"
Asarelah's thoughts raced. "Oracle, you don't need to know," was the reply.
"What? If you are meeting with my enemy, it is my business."
Asarelah prevericates, "I'd be happy to discuss it with you. I'll report back to the Nyxian compound in about two hours."
"Two hours? No! Get here now!"
"I am sorry Aitana," Lah whispers sadly, "I cannot honor that request. I am morally obligated to see this meeting through. On my honor I will report to you immediatly afterword."
Aitana snorted to herself. This would never do. She thought for a moment to formulate a plan.
"Tsaphaan, I need your assistance. Asarelah is behaving extremely oddly. Follow her and keep in touch with me."
"Where is she now and is she visible?"
Aitana continued with her conversation with Tsaphaan and they made necessary arrangements for his mission.

Leothiel had finished talking to his brother when a messenger from the Lady Nyx had arrived. He opened the message. It was a summons to Stonetalon Mountains to find Asarelah and Warburn. Leothiel decided to ride instead of fly to Sun Rock. The Horde, who were from various orders, arrived one-by-one.
After the contingent was fully assembled, Aitana gave her orders: To kill off the leadership of the Alliance order of Alshar lo Dorano. Aitana read off all of the names targeted. When Baast was mentioned, Leothiel spoke up "With all due respect, Oracle, why kill Baast?"
Ishar replied "She's one of them. Guilt by association."
"I will not kill someone to whom I owe my life."
Theotaz whispered to Leo "I will not target Baast either. I took an oath not to attack her."
Soon, the contingent was ready for battle. It started in Windshear Crag with an Alliance invasion from Astranaar. The group pushed the Alliance back into Ashenvale forcing a re-group in Astranaar. Leothiel led a contingent to the west side of Astranaar with the rest invading from the east. Soon, the town was a pile of ash.
Jeriden then ordered the group to lay an assault on Darnassus. Alliance was waiting at the dock of Rut'theran for a most appropriate welcome. The Horde retreated via portal to the Nyx headquarters in Eversong.
Leothiel was confrontational towards Aitana at the Nyx guildhall. He wondered why someone whose ethos forbids the unnecessary shedding of blood would order a slate killing of top leadership whose only reason for death was guilt by association.
While others were speaking, Leothiel blacked out only to find images of a blob with many mouths.

Re: Strands of Fate Chapter 3: Enemies in the Darkness (Open RP)
Theotaz sat and contemplated the meeting. The differences in language had been formidable but effective communication had been rendered; Asarelah had offered to accompany him, along with her younger Cousin Arielah, to stand as translators.

He had reached accord with the Kel'dori hunter, Baast. Truely he had been impressed. She was as gentle of soul as Leothiel had claimed. It was unsurprising he had stayed in contact with her. He really had not considered why he gave her his oath. It simply felt like the right thing to do. He felt good about it.. the words were strong and unambiguous.
"Lady Baast, I give you you my vow. From where the sun now stands I will never take up arms against you, forever." Those had been his words, and they had been witnessed. And Elune herself had sent a sign blessing the Oath. He lifted the flowers to his nose taking in the scent. Yes, It was a very special fragrence in these flowers. They smelled of peace, and not just of the body, but of the soul.

He had returned from the meeting feeling refreshed in his body and spirit. He had rested well. Svalina had come in singing to herself. She appeared stronger. It was obvious that she had advanced in her study of the arts. She was much happier then he had seen her in some time.
He slept a restfull sleep that night. It was his latest blessing. To be able to sleep once again, and to dream once again. It was Elunes gift to him. He would give her no reason to take it back.
Today had been a full day. He was preparing for Guildmoot when the call had come from Aitana to go to Sun Rock Retreat in the Stonetalon Mountains with all dispatch, and to come ready for battle! He had gotten there with all speed to find the bulk of Tribe Nyx standing side by side with Hands of the Phoenix, Assault on the Alliance, Iron Serpents and Blackmoon Tribe, ready to march.
Intelligence had come that Warburn and Asarelah had gone to treat with Commander Leikos of Al'shar lo Dor'ano. Oracle Tallbear had ordered up all able bodied Nyxians and her allies to follow, with the intent of placing Oracle Smoketusk and Nightwarder Asarelah under House arrest for refusing to abort the meeting, and to obey orders to return to the Nyxian compound.

Tsaphaan had been ordered by Aitana to follow Asarelah, to determine where this meeting would take place. He reported back to Oracle Tallbear, and the Legion that had rallied lead by Hand Lord Vindicator Jeriden Dawnbringer, that the Oracle and Nightwarder were indeed speaking with Commander Leikos, at the wise man's tent near the entrance of Stonetallon Pass. The announcement came as no surprise, but Aitana's vehemenence was. She called for no mercy to be given. Many of the assembled echo'd her sentiment, as she gave orders to place Leikos, Warburn, and Asarelah under arrest.
When the Horde forces arrived to confront the trio, it was found that they were already surrounded by forces from not only the Al'shar but also Republic and Stormriders; and from all appearances Warburn and Asarelah were about to become yesterday's news. Oracle Tallbear ordered Knight Commander Dawnbringer to engage the Alliance; all thoughts of arresting her errant Officers and the Al'shar Commander gone for the moment.
As the Knight Commander brought up forces to engage, Warburn and Asarelah were seen to slip away from the Al'shar they were circled by, and in the confusion, quickly retreat back to the Nyxian army, just as it hit the Al'shar lines. There were several engagements. The first on the approach to the meeting. Al'shar outriders had attempted an ambush that had turned on them with frightening precision. The Nyxian warband had hurtled them back with heavy casualties.

Not pausing but to order ranks, the warband had surged forward and meet the Al'shar lo Dor'ano main force and had hammered them badly in two sharp fights. Pursuit was called. Theotaz did not understand why the Al'shar force had not tried to hold the tunnel from Stonetalon. Aparently other then stragglers they had retreated with all speed to Astrannar.

The war band caught them there - burning Astrannar to the ground - and had flung them back toward Darkshore, again with heavy casualties and had thundered in pursuit. The Horde Legion then siezed one of the ships and pursued to Rut'theran Village on the shore of the great tree Teldrissil.

Warburn had finally exerted his control and recalled the warband. "No Further" had been the order. Portals had been summoned and the guild had withdrawn to Silvermoon City and the Guildmoot.
Angry words had flown back and forth. He himself was shocked to find that Lady Aitana had ordered the warband against orders from Lady Nyx. During the interrogation of Nightwarder Asarelah, it was told by Oracle Smoketusk that Lady Nyx herself had ordered the peace talks and that Lah had only been following his orders to arrange the meeting with Commander Leikos.
He had done well in battle, several Alliance slain at his hand.... for a battle that should not have happened in the first place... Innocent blood one again on his hands. He had nearly walked out of the Guildmoot, so angry had he been. He had not spotted the Lady Baast during the battle. He prayed that she had been spared. Much had he now to atone for. That it was not his decision to fight was immaterial. He had fought, and he had killed. In the red haze of battle he was certain that he had at least once killed or had the very least seriously wounded the Alliance Commander Leikos. Then the moot had broken up.
So much had happened. It would be several days yet recovering and discovering what new repercusions would show them selves. He called for a Ravenholt courier. Khelio would need to be warned.

Re: Strands of Fate Chapter 3: Enemies in the Darkness (Open RP)
Nightwarder Asarelah spurred her mount toward the meeting with Al'shar Commander Leikos; Oracle Warburn Smoketusk rode before her. Lah was troubled that she had refused to obey Oracle Tallbear's orders to return to the Nxyian Compound. But she had faith that Warburn would straighten out the conflict after the peace talks with Leikos were over. Especially if Smoketusk could announce that any sort of arrangement for peaceful negotions had been reached.
During the meeting, both sides came to understand that the Al'shar had not ordered the attempt on Aitana's life. But tempers had flared. It was brought out by Warburn that the assassin's dagger which had been lost from Oracle Tallbear's person during the Stockades siege to rescue Ambassador Frosthawk, was now in the possession of Leikos. Asarelah pleaded with Leikos, but met with no joy; he absolutely refused to return the artifact to the Nyxian Oracle.

While Leikos rolled the runed blade in his hand, seemingly teasing that he would not give it back, it was noted that the blood runes on both Asarelah's robes and Warburns armour were flaring to life, skittering here and there, lighting up the Nyxians with their firefly dances.
Out of no where, Warburn's temper flared red hot, and just as he was about to blast Leikos for refusing to return the dagger, a commotion was heard outside; a host of Alliance appeared from the Pass tunnel, confronting Leikos, accusing him of treachory against Al'shar. The Al'shar Commander refuted the charges.
Warhorns of Lady Nyx sounded in the distance. Leikos snarled treachory at Asarelah, and threatened her. She swore to Leikos, on her honour that she did not bring a Horde Legion against him. He refused to hear her, and ordered that Warburn and Asarlah be placed under House arrest.
As the Al'shar host stepped forward to take the two Nyxian Leaders in to custody, they were hit from the rear by a full Legion of Horde defenders, with Nyxian Oracle Tallbear and Hand Lord Vindicator Dawnbringer at it's head.
Battles raged for quite some time, in the Stonetallon Mountains, through Astrannar and finally ending in the Ruth'erian Village. Finally, Oracle Smoketusk ordered a retreat to Silvermoon, and the assembled quickly portalled out.
Nightwarder Asarelah was placed under House arrest, and ordered before Oracle Tallbear to answer for failure to obey Aitana's orders. But during the court martial Oracle Smoketusk revealed that Asarelah was acting under his orders, and that he had been ordered to begin peace talks with the Al'shar by Lady Nyx herself.

However, Oracle Smoketusk turned on Asarelah, accusing her of going over to the other side. Throughout their meeting with Leikos, Asarelah had defended the Al'shar Commander with all her might. And thusly, her loyalties to Tribe Nyx were sorely put to questioned.
The Nightwarder was heartbroken that her loyalies to the Lady were suspect. A spark of red hot anger raced through her, and she beligerantly fired off, before all present, that IF her honour was in question and she stood accused of such treachory, that she had long ago been offered Sanctuary by the Al'shar and could move to Stormwind City should the need arise. She was welcome there by many of the Al'shar, and already spent much time in the Alliance capital anyway.
Gasps of astonishment and cries of outrage were heard from the assembled at such an admission. Commander Dawnbringer quickly interjected that IF Lah need go in to exile for treason that she would find Sanctuary and be safer at the Hand headquarters rather than the Al'shar, and several voices from the crowd were heard agreeing with Jeriden - but just as many voices were head questioning her sanity.
Heckled by the assembled at her back, and still filled with a most uncharacteristic rage, Asarelah bluntly stated that Oracle Tallbear, herself, had ordered the Nightwarder to try and bridge the gap between Horde and Alliance, and sent Lah in to the field to act as Diplomat between the two enemies. Further, Lah steadfastly defended Leikos' honour; that he was an honourable enemy; and that the results of her attempted diplomacy should come as no surprise to the Tribe, since what ever the Nightwarder was tasked to do, she did with all her heart, mind, body and soul, that was absolutely loyal to Lady Nyx.

Tasera had hope, that the foot steps disrupting her sleep was those of Warburn, but instead she was greeted by Akeagoro’s pale features and haunting, glowing eyes.
“What’choo want?†Tasera protested in a mumble, rolling around in her covers.
Akeagoro, faintly smiled, and said in her usual monotone voice, “I came to... inform you about last night’s events Lady Tasera.†The huntress grumbled, “You picked a fowl evening to be taken by a group of enraged forest trolls.
“Spit it out,†Tasera snapped, wanting to hear no more of her stupid decision.
Akeagoro chuckled, “You’d be best to hear it from the others, but, we had a fair battle last. Apparently Warburn and Asarelah went to speak with the Alshar about…some sort of…diplomatic issue. I am not quite sure of the details. It fell through…clearly. We had a blood soaked battle, and apparently taught the alliance proper manners. Though it appears Oracle Aitana has left for the moonglade, this attack on the alliance I think was unwarranted, and Nightwarder Asarelah is still convinced on the trustworthiness of their commander, Leikos. Warburn, as well does not agree on the nightelf’s honor, there was some manner of argument towards the evening, and after that, Warburn went to find you.â€
Tasera groaned, wanted grasp the covers, but couldn’t with her hands in the mangled shape they were currently, how she managed to hold her gun to fight Zul’jin ,she’ll never know. “I see….well leave me be, guard da place. Da only visitors I want in if dey show up are, Lah an’ Warburn. “ the huntress grumbled, “I want to know what da hell Lah is tinkin’.â€

Re: Strands of Fate Chapter 3: Enemies in the Darkness (Open RP)
The meeting was supposed to be a secret. However the Oracle now understood why Lady Nyx appointed more then one to lead in as one. Oracle Tallbear was right to suspect the wisdom Warburn and Lah going it alone, just the two of them. Warburn and Asarelah had met Commander Leikos of the Alshar lo Dorano at a the hut of Braug Dimspirit a Stonetalon Wiseman. Braug tried to mediate between the sides, but once tempers started flaring he just tried to stay out of the way.
When Leikos refused to return the runed dagger like artifact that was used in Lady Aitana's assassination attempt, Warburn felt his doubt and distrust coming rushing back to him about the Night Elf Commander. Leikos did try to reason with the Nyxian delegation.
"Because I have not been affected by these runes yet, and you two have." Was his response to the demand he explains himself
"If we'z can't have it neithah can yooz, mon. GIVE US THE DAGGAH!"
Warburn's voice rose. He was getting angry.
The more Leikos stuck to his hunch that Warburn and Lah were tainted, the angrier Warburn got and the brighter his runes became. Leikos tried to prove the connection between the dagger and the appearance of the runes on the Nyxian armor. But Warburn kept refuting his logic.
"I tink dese runes be 'ere tah protect me, and warn me of yah's treachary"
Finally Leikos stuck the dagger back in his belt behind his back. Now it was Asarleah's turn to get angry, and her runes shone brighter.
Just as Lah and Warburn stood up and were about to confront Leikos a whole battalion of his army rode into the valley from the tunnel connecting to Ashenvale.
Warburn of course took this as a sign of Leikos' dis-honesty and readied his, now, Pulsing Spellshield. Leikos walked out to talk to his lieutenants. Asarelah wouldn't listen to Waburn and followed him out, to plead with him one more time to give us what was ours. Leikos wouldn't budge and actually ordered the Nyxian delegation arrested. Just as Cendell came out of no-where to apprehend the Blood Elf... Aitana and the Horde forces under her's and Jeridan's command rode up on the Commander's Battalion just in the nick of time.
The horde forces proved superior on this night, and the Alliance forces were quickly routed. Their call of retreat was sounded, but the Horde would not relent. Infused with the Runes of War, the horde forces chased Commander Leikos' battalion all the way to Astranaar. Even with the village guards to help the, the Alliance could not fight them back.
"Burn dah place down!" Runecrazed Warburn yelled.
The horde forces chased them back all the way to the shores of Teldrasil, however sparing Auberdine on the way. Before the call to return to base was given.
After the fighting had ended, Aitana demanded Lah stand court marshal for refusing to obey her. It took Warburn a good deal of explaining to make her understand why she, Oracle Aitana was kept in the dark, for but an hour. He did not want her anywhere near Leikos in case they were wrong, and the Alshar indeed were involved in the assassination attempt.
Lah however was not ashamed in the least for continuing to stand up for Leikos. Even after he had the artifact, which was the only remaining clue into who was after Oracle Tallbear. Nor was she phazed he was going to arrest her and Warburn both, in what was supposed to be a secret meeting to harbor peace. And once she uttered the words that she was welcome in Stormwind, Oracle Smoketusk could not take it anymore. With his runes glowing up again, he blurted to Aitana to do what she wills with Lah, and he stormed out, furious.
"Do what yah will wit her. I'm going to find Tasera!" he yelled. Shoving some of his brothers aside in the packed hall to get to the door.

Re: Strands of Fate Chapter 3: Enemies in the Darkness (Open RP)
Orgrimaar, The last day of Midsummers
Dearest Khelioshram
I hope this finds you well, and established in your mission and cover. There is much news of the world and of the Guild. The process of creating a permamant armistice between Nyx and our allied Clans, and the AL'shar lo Dor'ano and thiers has suffered severe setback as of late..
There has been a battle, and a serious one. The Nyxian Warband routed the an Al'Shar field force with serious casualties to them. We lost no one, though there were injuries sustained, our bretheran of Nyx aquitted them selves valiantly but may have gone to far. The Guild leadership is in an uproar of accusations and counter accusation. because of this the plans of our true enemies come closer to fruition. I suspect that matter are as bad within the Alliance, and specificly with Al'shar lo Dor'ona.
If possible, I'd like an idea of thier casualties. This is not crucial. A rough estimate will be fine. I have no doubt they have quite a few badly injured. Please pass word to your friends at Ravenholt to provide aid and assistance in the form of supplies for thier healers. If any were killed I wish to know. Particulars of next of kin would be best. Perhapes some wereguild can be gathered. This is another battle that should not have been fought.
I am convinced that it is the influance of the runes. The destruction of the artifact has only dalayed the plot against the factions. Let lord Ravenholt be so informed that my own coffers will be open to cover any wereguild dispersed to the limits of our finances. The house's plans will simply be delayed. I'm sorry, but I will not have that hog for you any time soon, but this is an honor obligation. I trust your judgement and compassion to make proper arrangements as appropriate.
I have if not quite befriended the Lady Baast, but I have reached an accord with her. I have given my vow that I will not bring weapons against her. It is my hope that none of the house should find them selves in doubt. This applies not only to myself, but the honor of the house is declared. Stay your hand agaist the one if at all possible should you come to conflict.
On another note. If the opportunity should present its self I would like you to recover the dagger used agaist Aitana. I fear it's utility is minimal. Information on its origin would be of more value. I think it would be best returned to its original owner point first. But first we must determin who that owner is.
If you can plant a bug in the Alliance ear about it so much the better. Having them discover the perpatrators of the act would do much to establishing trust. The Lady Asarelah, Lord Warburn and myselg hold the Al'shar not responsible, but Lord Warburn begins to perhapes doubt his own knowlegde.
Tasera has been badly injured scouting the city of Zun'Aman. Jul'Jin was responsible for this affront. He and his priests no longer trouble the peace. That he who was a hero in the past should have to be put down like a rabid animal disturbs me, He and his followers will never cause harm again to anyone. Tasera will recover. Warburn is seeing to her.
I think it may be best to break off my courtship of her. I am too deeply involved it what has been happening to give it proper attention, to give her proper attention. There is to much happening now, and I am deeply involved. My heart breaks with the thought but even I can see the looks she gives Warburn who willingly calls me brother who is not his kin. There is little happiness in the world these days had I cannot willingly prevent her and he from achiving some small mesure of it. I shall tell them soon.
I have small consolation that my help with the youngsters of the guild is
apparently bearing fruit. The Blood Knight Nattura has sought council, training and assistance with me. I have provided what help that I can. Svalina has also grown much in the time you have gone, as have others. You will be amused. Apparently she has developed a soft spot for the Tauren Partedhair. Reportedly she threatened murder to a blood elf youngling that engaged in teasing him recently.. I belive her words were "Touch Partedhair and I'm looking at an ampty spot". There is much else happening. I will try to keep you informed of the goings on time permitting.
Be carefull out there. I had hoped to have you simply as a information scorce but I fear that is done. You may need to be an active field operative on this. We walk a way dangerous in the extream. Do not risk yourself. If you should be caught hold back nothing. We will get you out. Be safe. My hopes are with you.

Khelio read the message over a second time just to be certain. The fith level cypher was clear. She would need to recover the dagger temporarily and move it to where it would garner great attention. The battle report that Theo had sent with the "personal" letter told her she may very well need to infiltrate the Al'shar quarters in Darnassus. Thsi would not be easy but it could be done.
She looked up at the Ravenholt Courier. "House Theotaz makes it coffers availible for the purshase of Medication and supplies for the Treatment of Al'Shar lo Dor'ano injured in the just fought battle. We should like to know the next of kin of any killed. Wereguild will be delivered to thier families that they shall at least not want untill they might adjust. House Theotaz and by extention Guild Nyx accepts no blame nor political responsibility for what has happened. We take on a moral obligation for the care and comfort of the wounded, and Assitance to the bereved. That is the official Stance. Please make it known to the Al'shar leadership." The Courior nodded. Any messgae to Orgrimaar?" She shook her head. "None at this time." He nodded again and went out the door into the shop and left with in moments.
Well, that explained why she had seen so little of the Al'shar leadership here in Stormwind she thought to herself as she headed out into the shop. She looked over at the one she knew only as "Madrigam". "Master, the supplies your ordered are here including those to fill the oder from Darnassus." He nodded. "Those are all ready overdue. Can you get it there tomorrow?" She nodded for any prying eyes and ears in the shop. "I can put the order together and take the next ship my lord." Madrigam slammed his hand on the table. "Make damd sure the cheap elven bastard pays you on delivery this time, and covers the cost of your passage both ways!" he smiled, "And if you can get any extra out of him, half is yours!" SHe blinked and courtsey'ed "Master is most kind." He hurumphed "Bah girl! Better you should have some extra cash and not always be wearing the same clothes to work all the time. Now get that order ready, I want you on ship before the sun sets." "Master" she replied again and ducked through the curtain to the back to pack her kit and put the "Order" together.

Re: Strands of Fate Chapter 3: Enemies in the Darkness (Open RP)
Khelio made a point of course to miss the last boat before dusk. The steavedores with her willingly paid to be a bit slow and careless. It was quite amusing to stand there infront of the city guard while the hirelings staged thier show. That the city guard had made a great show of assisting here had been even more entertaining. Even though she recognized him as an SI:7 agent. She was unworried. The other side were no more amatures then she.
After all her direct cover employer might be human, but the true owner was a goblin both paid fairly for little risk, and blackmailed at the same time. It made for a wonderfullly trustworthy relationship. He been her graduation gift from Ravenholt 4 years ago and she was certain his goblin merchant associate was fairly entertained by knowing her. SHe did pass on to him some juicy gossip now and again. And he in return had gon beyond contract obligations. Rather eccentric for a goblin. And a marvelously good black marketeer.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
The crossing went fast, and shortly before the end of the ship 3rd watch they docked at Teldrissel. She all ready had arranged to over night aboard. Her and the ships cargo would unload in the morning and roll in with the mornings commerce. A Human mage accompaning a shipment to a purveyor of enchanting supplies. Also in the shipment items for a seller of wand and trinkets, also needed metals to the Darnassian weapons smiths. The Smiths had agreed to take shipemnt dock side in the morning. SHe had a busy morning ahead of her. It would be her last restfull night.
On her way to the cabin she passed the sentinal. Svalina had given a perfect descrition of her. She would use that resource if she had to, but for now she simply gave the young elf a friendly but unrecognizing nod. All the elf would see would apparently be a dark haired mage apprentice with a worried self absorbed expression.
Khelio slept well and the morning was quite lovely. She joined the creww on deck and accpted a cup of tea from the steward greatfully. The crew shipped the ingots to the pier first off while she went ashore and signed off on the delivery. SHe signed for a return shipment that went back aboard bound for transshipment to Northrend and the Alliance garrison. SHe gave them a prayer of her own that they all be divered into the bodies of the Lich Kings army with all dispatch.
Her dockside work was shorty finished and the cart she'd heired loaded for the delivery into town. A hour later she had made all but the last delivery
and had made a point of haggling price with the Elf merchant. They finally settled apon a price that was just into apparent pain and agoney for the elf who'd given soul searching testimony that he children would surely starve and die due to a shortage of funds. Her couter claims had of course been eaqually valid.
She'd spotted a cart with Ravenholt men in Livery about it arriving during the hagle. She actually hoped the Al'shar lo Dor'ano would accept the gift. She devoutly belived in Theotaz's vision. The burning legions attention had led to her worlds destruction and chaos in this one. Her people might not be able to ever free themselves from thier past, but she would do her part to prevent it from happening again. Thall was right. The Horde and Alliance must find peace with each other or they were both doomed.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Ravenholt man let his people and the cart up to the building used by the AL'shar in Darnassus. The officer commanding the entry challenged him.
"Burgess, I didn't expect to see you for awile?" The Ravenholter shook his head. "Your as surprised as I am." He replied with a wave of greeting. " Look, I got a load of bandages, salves, elixirs, and potions and the like. I don't know who they're from, but they're purchased from our stores. SO everythingh is clean. Boss said deliver them, 'Told me your folk had gotten into a brew up turned bad." He eyes the catains stone faced look. He hitched his hat up his head. "I'm just the delivery boy today buddy. Humanitarian relief is the official word. I brought a couple alchemests with me if thier needed, and two healers." The guard captain shook his head. "I'm passing this upstairs.. hang tight I'll let you know in a moment. "the Ravenholter nodded and waved his people to be at ease. Hopefully it would be a short wait.

Jeriden finally reclined in his chair at his office within the Purple Parlor, the rented space working marvelously for the purpose for when his people fought in the Northrend region.
The knight sat in his dress uniform, having been to a more formal function not long before, though he had taken the liberty in private to loosen the collar and first few ties to his shirt, letting it hang a third open.
He poured himself a glass of wine, thanking Alfred, taking a sip and permitting his sapphire eyes to close a moment.
Opening them again, and slipping a pair of glasses over his ears to rest near the end of his nose, he picked up his quill again, to resume his writing.
After Action Report, Midweek, Day one of the Seventh Month,
I assumed command of Horde forces gathered in the Stonetalon Mountain range as requested by Aitana of Nyx at 2200 hours. The Druidess was also on hand, but seemed a little distant and distracted. No doubt, she would've taken command herself, but had the foresight to appoint another leader. I was honored that she so placed her faith and life within my care. Not just her life - but those of all the souls who took to the field in a combined effort of Nyx, the Hand, and our other allies.
Scouts were ordered ahead to determine the strength and advance of our opposing forces. They managed to slip past our scouts, and our main column met theirs head on. Their initial move was completely countered, and I was informed Leothiel had arrived in his preperatory position to out-flank our opponents. It should be noted that he, and indeed all soldiers on the field, performed exceptionally well, and it is this commander's belief that all of them should be put in for commendations. Tsaphaan also should be commended for the skillful, and deadly, manner that he selected targets.
Even Desias, who has been known in his youthful exuberance to not always adhere to instruction, handled things well and responded to orders. I was impressed, and easily the most proud commander of any unit to take any battlefield, past, present or future.
Concerted efforts, and skillful manuvering on the field, permitted us to drive the Alliance back into the Talondeep Pass tunnel system. We paused a moment to rest and recover, and permit the alliance to pull their dead from the field, before pressing the attack once more. Driven out of the tunnels like rats, I issued orders for us to hold on just the other side, fearing a counter-ambush as skillful as the one we had just pulled off.
Scouts were again ordered ahead, and this time we found that our quarry had indeed pressed into Astranaar. I again ordered Leothiel to take the flanking party around the back of the city, while our main column struck the main gates at the south of town. We pushed them back, and Leothiel pinchered them marvelously. With some casualties, we drove the main defenders back - and I take full responsibility for ordering a rout. I highly doubt anything made it out of that town alive.
They made one last effort at holding the town, presumably to permit an advance force to fly home to Darnassus. I gave the order to pursue, and we took them to the very doorsteps of their home - and pushed them back there for a time. I recieved orders that it was time to leave, and thus in turn ordered a portal created for home. I covered the escape personally, and was among the very last to leave. Those who were not among the portal we recalled via Warlock magic, to effect their escape before capture.
Jeriden sat the quill down, reviewing what he had penned out. He could hear the sounds of combat around him still, recalling his orders - their faces - their struggles - and his enemies.
He could sense the fear in their hearts at seeing the gold-and-silver haired devil who brought them naught but death at the head of the charge.
The knight picked up the quill once more.
All personnel made it safely to Silvermoon, and a debriefing was held shortly after in Fairbreeze. As this report was not intended to cover this debriefing, but was more focused on the battle itself, please refer to attachment IIa, paragraph three through five, section four, for a summation.
It is the opinion of this Commander that the Alliance experienced total loss in the face of superior tactics and drive. They will of course need to be on their toes if they are to learn anything from this conflict.
It is also the opinion of this officer that they are not to be underestimated. We, too, will need to be at our best to counter them, and would advise continued drilling and training to maintain our superior tactics.
Submitted Respectfully to the Board of Generals Commanding the Horde,
The knight paused one last time, checking the time. He did not wish to be late for his relaxed evening to start. Swiftly, he signed his name in his flowing, tightly-bound handwriting.
Knight-Commander Jeriden R. Dawnbringer, III.
Lord-Vindicator, Hand of the Phoenix
Unit Commanding Officer
He folded the report, appended his seal - a horizon line, with a half-circle for the sun, with seven lines radiating out from it evenly, and the falcon of the Sin'dorei within the half-circle - before having his squire run it to the appropriate office, with copies to be delivered to all other units.
After only a moment more, he gathered himself up, and set out for the remainder of his evening.

Re: Strands of Fate Chapter 3: Enemies in the Darkness (Open RP)
Sunrock Retreat was quickly overrun with the milling crowd of the followers of Lady Nyx and many of their friends. Aitana smiled grimly. She appreciated their support more than they knew. She greeted her friends as she paced, but could not bring herself to settle down to socialize.
Follow Nightwarder Asarelah and Oracle Warburn. Those were her directions to Dalabrac. The silence from him was almost unbearable.
“Where are you?â€
â€I have them in my sights. They are walking up the path toward the area were goblins have been deforesting."
â€Any signs of Leikos?
â€Not yet.’
Aitana scuffed her hoof in the dirt restlessly and her tail twitched. She was behaving like in impatient calf constantly asking the elders if the tribe had reached its next destination, and she knew it. A glow from her gloves caught her eye. Odd. She had not noticed runes on her armor before, but there they were just like the ones that she had seen on the armor of others. Asarelah had first been the one to notice them.
Asarelah! Where was she now? She felt the heat of her rage surge through her. How could she! How dare she! And Warburn too! They were going to meet with the one who had probably ordered the attack on her. Aitana was furious at the thought and the angry red glare of the runes flashed to match her mood.
â€They are meeting with the Tauren by the tunnel to Ashenvale. Leikos is there too.â€
â€Well done. We are on our way. Stay there and take no action until we get there.
Aitana had only one thought in mind; death. Death to all who bore the standard of Al’shar lo Dor’ano and any of those that would defend them. She made that clear to Commander Jeridan who led the force she had gathered.
Knight-Commander Jeridan marshaled the forces quickly and they rode out. The mood of the force matched Aitana’s. They were riding out and Alliance blood would flow.
Aitana could think of nothing other than the death of her enemies and she did not notice the details of the battle. By the time it was over they had beaten the Alliance troops back to Tedrassil. Warburn and Asarelah had been recovered. The force was jubilant. It would be big celebration in Fairbreeze Village, but Aitana’s fury still had not been quenched.
“Asarelah, you will appear before me immediately in the inn! Warburn, you too!†Aitana’s tone was sharp and almost a yell. It left no room for argument.
At the inn Aitana stormed up to second floor hall and took a place at a table on the far side of the room. Asarelah appeared before her. Not far behind her came Warburn. The argument that ensued was heated and loud. Aitana’s face was bathed in the red glow from the runes on her gloves giving her an almost demonic appearance.
One voice cut through the haze that was blocking all thoughts but those generated by her rage. It spoke to her of life, and it came from a fellow druid named Horrere. The crush of the crowd around the table, the noise of the raised voices; it was all too much. The room seemed to swim before her. Aitana went silent and then stood up to go outside. She motioned for him to follow her.
The cool night air and the scent of the forest were refreshing, but Aitana’s head was still buzzing like a hive of angry bees. The longer they talked the more confused Aitana felt. She was a druid. She followed the teachings of the Earth Mother. She had been trained in the ways of Cenarius and attempted to honor the truce between all druids that the Cenarion Circle practiced to the best of her ability. She was devoted to preserving life. So why was she so intent on death? She looked thoughtfully at the runes on her gloves that had dimmed.
That caught her attention. The runes had dimmed. They had been so bright before. What had changed? Why were did they change like that? She hadn’t really noticed or thought about them before.
“Horrere, thank you for your insights. I think it is time for me to visit Moonglade. Perhaps the druids there can help me.â€
