I just bought the pre-order. It's downloading now....does the head start begin today? if so ill be on and create my character when its finished..I'll be a tank of some sort. Character name will be Aughrim or Krevlorne...undecided at this point.

Alright, well, there has been a slight change of plans for me. My friend and his guild which I have been a part of through several MMO's (most recently Warhammer <- I know), are going to Aion. They are big PvP'ers from the days of Dark Age of Camelot, and I will be joining them with my main, Durall (Gladiator). The guild is called the War Templars, and thankfully, like Emerald Dream (before they moved on), they are moving to Lumiel as Asmodians as well.

I will still have a character, Baldur (Templar), and would still love to be part of Ragnarok. I am just posting to let everyone know of my decision for Aion. It hasn't been an easy one, but I will still be around to help out.

Aion. Does some things better then WOW.. at least so far. Does some things worse.

RP is going to take some getting used to. A great many emotes (They need to re-label the emotes for western audiences.)

Enjoying myself. Advanced training begin's at 20th, PvP kicks in around 30th. After that it gets interesting. Rather enjoying myself. Decent story line. You dont have to do every quest to move along. Piece of advice. The best things in life are crafted.

Enchanting your gear is wonderfull fun. Everything is stat buffs of some sort.

Need to have a little talk with the art department. Caster cloth armor while lovely to see a female form in.. (cheescake.. lots and lots of cheesecake) Could use something Business robe like instead of "Welcome to my bedroom".. Honestly Caberet dancers wear more! (Wooof! Mixed thoughts here)

And for those of you that don't want to play it "CAUSE".. its ok, I understand. And if you dont like me all of a sudden like because I play it....

Also pvp is at 20, although 25 you can go roaming into the abyss. which is fun.

People that dont wana play is fine, alot of people wont like it. if people are mad and hitting you with low blows, well, F'em.
