So here's the scoop so that we stop any rumors flying and prevent any more fallout drama... and so you all know the truth, and it's consequences.
What happened:
Oneille was accused by Rhuankor of stealing Cobriana's RP plot of getting pregnant in game via whisper and then put her on ignore. Oneille was distressed by what she views as her own story which she and Leo have been very public about through scores of RP posts in their story threads. Onei then proceeded to share her distress with others, officers, some members and even some RL friends/relatives of Rhunakor.
One of the officers she came to shared her side with the rest of us, Leo got word of it and confronted Rhunakor. Rhunakor stuck to his guns and then put Leo on ignore. His attitude, admitance in gchat to having several guildies on ignore were all grounds for discipline but putting an officer on ignore was the straw that broke the camels back for Leo - so he gkicked him on the spot.
The mistakes that were made, how they could have been avoided, and the consequences:
Oneille - involved way too many people, and went offline to vent to people that had no involvement in the matter or even in our guild. What she could have done is schedule a meeting with Cobri and an officer for mediation. Her consequence is that her trial for UC of Lore she recently put on hold will stay on hold. i.e. she will not be a UC until we are confident she can handle herself under pressure and keep her emotions in check. Further more she has been counseled to the point where she realizes the mistakes she's made and taken steps towards reconciliation. You can read her public apology here.
Cobriana - If she is at fault it's for not confronting her friend, Oneille herself. Other then that she did nothing wrong. Unfortunately due to her friend and in-game mate, Rhunakor getting kicked she has decided to leave us for the time being. I believe I speak for everyone who knows her, when I say "come back home soon Cobri!"
Rhunakor - has a tendency to confront people in whispers and then put them on ignore. He claims he's simply "not letting people walk all over [him]", but walking over others is not the same thing. I think he puts others on ignore so he doesn't get mad by their responses. Well that's not how we resolve conflicts, and by doing that he creates an air of animosity and resentment with those he confronts (this isn't the only case he has done that). Also having multiple guildies on ignore, and finally an officer, we believe he is not a good fit for Nyx. He is a good guy, loyal to those he trusts... just a little too volatile for our fairly drama free guild atmosphere. Please add him to your friends list if you would like to keep in touch with him. Many of us are sorry it has come to this, but for now he will not carry our guild tag.
Leothiel - acted out of anger, in the moment. But the gkick he dealt out was warranted, if not in the manner he dealt it. He should have stayed objective, and approached Rhun in a less confrontational manner. That would have prevented Rhun from putting him on ignore, and give us a chance to deal with Rhunakor's behavior in a more level headed manner. Leothiel has also been counseled and unless he wants to feel the full wrath of Lady Nyx will learn a lesson in diplomacy. Let this be a warning to any officer that we do not act until we know both sides of a story, and must stay objective even when our loved ones are under attack.
I hope this information serves to alleviate any suspicion of officers acting with favoritism, or closed door dealings with trouble.
Signed,
Lady Nyx's Oracles

Thank you for the clearity and the honesty of everything that happened. It helps to clear the air of flying rumors. I actually truelly appreciate the disclosure of all perspectives because it makes it easier to understand how something (maybe even a misunderstanding) can become so volatile and destructive. Definitly a situation that can be avoided.

Re: FYI guild drama happened (Rhunakkor vs. Oneille)
I'm only tangentially aware of what went down but I've know Oni and Leo long enough to believe there was no malice on their part. I was on when Rhun boasted about having certain guild members on ignore, which I found a little shocking. I'm not an officer so whether that's kick-worthy isn't for me to say.
In any event, whatever is the result of this episode, I'd like any of our newer members to know that, if mistakes were made, Oni and Leo are exceptional members of the guild and are both players I hold in the highest esteem. I have nothing negative to say about either Cobri or Rhun, either, but I just wanted to publicly support Oni and Leo if either is feeling dismay or turbulence over these events. You're both excellent guild mates and I proudly consider you both good friends.

Re: FYI guild drama happened (Rhunakkor vs. Oneille)
I've seen some guild drama in my day, and I'm happy to see the Oracle's message here regarding this matter. There was no encouragement to destroy these people's character or discourage our communication with them, and even an offer of reconciliation- that is great to see.
I still hate to see these two go, and wish it could have been worked out. In my opinion, it's a tough time on the Emerald Dream for rp people and if we find decent people to band together with, I think we should cling to them. I think it's worth it to try to work out petty differences, so long as it's within reason.
Regardless, I hope somehow these two find their way home.

Eyesore looked around to make sure no one was interested in his actions, then began to tear up the parchment he had been writting upon. Then it was just a matter of unobtrusively feeding the bits and pieces to the candle's flame. There now, no evidence remained of his attempt to create a storyline wherein he became pregnant due to the whimsical nature of the nymph he was interested in knowing better. Quietly, he gathered his materials and left the room, already thinking of another story to which he could give birth. nn.

Re: FYI guild drama happened (Rhunakkor vs. Oneille)
Personally, I think Leothiel did EXACTLY as he should have, pissed or otherwise.. Wasn't it pretty much decided that ignoring an Officer was grounds for an immediate gkick back when Reasa or whoever it was had Asarelah on ignore? Who cares if he was personally involved in it or not.. If another NW/Oracle wasn't around to carry out the gkick, then it isn't just Leo's decision to do it, it's his duty.n</flamebait>nnAnyway, I'll shut up since I wasn't there.nnEdit: Cobriana was in Nyx? Damn, I HAVE been gone a while.. Last I remember she was leading her own guild.
