Re: After the Wedding
Leothiel examined the package then called Azureus over. The whelpling can carry it. "Get some rest tonight, you have a long trip ahead of you tomorrow." The next morning, Leothiel sent off the package with Azureus. Happy Winter's Veil, Father, Mother, Vira, and my unborn sibling." Leothiel had some other ideas for his family in Stormwind. He bought some wine made in Quel'thalas as well as spiced bread and dragonhawk sausage. Now for the tough part: Having them couriered to Stormwind as the package would be too heavy for his loyal whelpling to carry.

Oneille blushed as she realized how hefty the load seemed even for the small whelping. Then with a thought she smiled at her husband, "Well, I have an idea we can send two whelpings." Leothiel became perplexed by a notion of two whelpings carrying off goods to the family in Stormwind. nn"I recently gave you a dragonhawk hatchling and I certain he would be more than able to help Azureous carry the burden, could he not?" Oneille held little Azureous who chirped nervously as courier services were decided for him.

Re: After the Wedding
Azureus was already off to Stormwind. Leothiel looked at Oneille. "Unfortunately, turning an animal into a courier is no easy task. Our new blue friend and I have not bonded as master and pet. I am thinking of using the services of the Kirin Tor in Dalaran. I am well-known by them as I have stemmed the tide of Malygos' influence and have cleaned up Northrend under their banner." The next day, Azureus returned from delivering Oneille's gift. Leothiel headed off to Dalaran and routed the parcel through the Kirin Tor post.nnThat night was very disturbing for Leothiel. His mind drifted between the time in the Circle of Truth, his time and passion with his mate, and thinking about their unborn children. He had recurring dreams of them: Light skinned like him but with eyes glowing white instead of blue like the Quel'dorei or fel green like his own. His dreams about his offspring also showed him as having runes etched into his own body. When he woke, he wondered where he had seen them.nn*Stormwind, the next day*nnThe postman delivered a large package at the Frosthawk's door early that morning. They saw the Kirin Tor stamp on it as well as the Frosthawk seal: They knew it was from one of their own. Inside was a letter.nn"Happy Winter's Veil,nnOur new sibling will be wrapped in the finest Quel'thalas has to offer. I give you the gift of tastes of the Homeland.nnYour son, nLeothiel"nnThat evening, the family had some of the wine, bread, and sausage. Soon, Vira had a question that filled Thaelen with some dire memories: "Why did you and mother leave Quel'thalas?"

Re: After the Wedding
Leothiel had already sent the little familiar off to Stormwind and the creature's arrival brought great joy to Oneille. Her mind wrapped up in the post Winter's Veil activities, Oneille thought of nothing more than knowing when Anaria would be delivering. Azureous nudged his mistress as she patted him gently. The dragon whelp was good company and his presence was soothing. Leothiel left on his official duties and with that the little whelp did as his master instructed. Now the little one was left to the design of his mistress.nnOneille gently took him and placed him by the windowsill letting him grow comfortable as she took a nearby book and read through the fiction. Her mind drifted and wandered from page to page as at the back of her thoughts there came Anaria and the life she brought into the world...and the visions Leothiel had of his own offspring. Eyes scanning the book then back to Azureous...the elf maiden sighed and breathed deeply. nn"Somehow I hope that those visions, the congregation, and the effects of magic are not some sign we're overlooking. What is happening...my lion..." Head tilted back she stared off into space, mind going back to the soon to be arrival of Anaria's child.

Re: After the Wedding
*Stormwind*nnA unusually cold night accompanied by a snowfall fell on the human capital. The Frosthawks who lived in that city woke up. Thaelen still remembered Vira's question from a few days before about leaving Quel'thalas. Anaria could feel she was due any day now and had been fully relieved of her church duties. They hired a new midwife, but one who they can tell was not an informant for SI:7. That morning, Thaelen and Vira headed to the countryside of Elwynn Forest.nnThe forest was covered in a blanket of white. The father and daughter were spending time admiring the winter. Soon, something white was flying: Vira recognized it as a hawk. The hawk flew down but had an unusual characteristic: It was albino. Thaelen stepped back and the hawk inched closer to him. Could this be our next familiar? he wondered. He stuck out his arm and the hawk flew to him and landed on it. He commanded the hawk to fly around. The hawk obeyed while Thaelen and Vira walked more in the forest, but slowly back to Stormwind. Soon, he lost sight of the hawk. Perhaps not.nnOn the way back to Stormwind, Thaelen told Vira about growing up in Quel'thalas. He also told her about why he and Anaria left Dalaran. He soon came to talk about the Third War. Vira realized then who she was: A refugee child of war in a house splintered. She then asked about the Horde. Thaelen had a tough time talking about the Horde of the first two wars against the current Horde in which they had some family members.nnWhen Thaelen and Vira arrived home, they saw the albino hawk above their door. Anaria had some magic surges while they were gone. Thaelen told her about the hawk that just came in the house with them. He then penned a note to Leothiel and Oneille to see if the hawk will seek them out and establish it as the new Frosthawk familiar.

Re: After the Wedding
Leothiel seemed to busy himself even more. His recent victories in the coveted battlegrounds mirrored his growing ambitions. In her grace and ease Oneille sought her husband and rapped on his office door, little Kim in tow. The knock went unanswered. Gingerly she opened the door greeted to a still diligent husband head buried in a book combing through tomes. She sighed to herself and went to her husband arms about his shoulders. Bracing him she turned his head up claiming his lips delving deep into his taste.nnA pause to his actions and soon she had him. In that moment calm swept over the two. Once the lips disengaged Oneille smirked down at her beloved.nn"Ambition is tasteful but a kiss from you love is the greatest treat ever," he smirked up at her as she cooed down to him.nnThe troubled times had passed but on the horizon something stirred. Oneille knelt to the side of her love's chair and nuzzled her cheek against Leothiel's hand.nn"In my greatest dreams I seek to know, what troubles you. I can't touch your phantoms but I try to see them as you do. I want you to know that...know I love you my lion. You are too hard on yourself let your flaws show through. No matter what you're a great leader but you're never alone in these deeds...never." nnWith that Oneille stood situating herself in his lap, pushing away his tomes, "You can't hide those lips from me for forever and you cannot hide your heart. Roar for me lion and show me again why we are a pride."nnKim looked both elves over and whined only to be ignored as both lovers kisses once again.

Re: After the Wedding
Leothiel at first was not sure what to think of the message-bearing albino hawk that landed in front of him. The seal on the letter was clearly that of his family. When Leothiel stretched out his arm, the hawk landed on it allowing him to collect the letter. The hawk then flew off, presumably to return to Stormwind.nn"My Dear Son and Daughter,nnI see you've met our new familiar, Ghost. Vira and I were walking and appreciating the rare Elwynn snowfall when this hawk landed in front of us then met us over our doorstep.nnAnaria has been relieved of her church duties until she gives birth and the child is weaned. She has also been having magical surges similar to when she was pregnant with Leothiel. Today, I was finally able to tell Vira about the very war that tore our house apart. I have delayed that talk for too long and she is disappointed but also sees why you two cannot come to Stormwind.nnWe would like to return to Silvermoon, but it may not be until midsummer at the earliest. We would like to see the homeland again and our grandchild when he or she is born. Leothiel, make sure your hand is on Oneille's womb during the night: A child is the most vulnerable before they are born. Ghost will wait for your reply.nnSincerely,nnThaelen, AnariannPS. I want to see you again, nVira"nnLeothiel smiled and continued his day. When he returned to his apartment in Silvermoon, he noticed that Ghost was sitting on the balcony. You are father's familiar after all. He called Azureus over to meet the hawk. They looked like they were at odds with each other. Leothiel stepped in.

Re: After the Wedding
Oneille stood at the doorway watching Leothiel and the new found hawk on the balcony. Her eyes scanned the snow white creature from beak to tailfeathers. It was a magnificent avian. She touched her husband's shoulder, Leothiel greeted her, "This is Ghost he is father's new familiar."nnLady Frosthawk smiled at the hawk before noticing the letter in her husband's grasp,"May I?" Reading thoughtfully she smiled at father's words and their kindess as well as learning Anaria would now be free to tend to the growing Frosthawk progeny. Pleased with the news Oneille regarded the snow white hawk with reverence. nn"Leothiel I am most happy, thrilled even to hear from your family. I cannot fathom how much longer your mother is to wait till she delivers. Saddens me I cannot greet the new Frosthawk till summer. But I am hopeful these magical surges will cease giving her some respite."nnLeothiel nodded and seemed to set to work writing his reply to his family. Oneille stood close kissing him about his cheek, "We have much to look forward to this coming year my lion."
