Roster clean-up

We're going through the roster and removing some of the members that haven't played for a long time. There are some members that have regular absences of over a month at a time due to school and other reasons, and we plan on keeping them in Nyx, but there is no reason to keep members that have left the server or the game permanently.

A few months ago we implemented a policy that requires any character that joins Nyx to be level 20 or higher. Last night we kicked Ephemerals under level 20 that haven't been on-line for over a month. Some of them hadn't been on-line for many months. Some might be alts of members in good standing and those toons will be welcome back when they hit 20. There are 9 characters under level 20 remaining in Nyx, and they will hit 20 soon enough if they continue to be active. Here is a list of who was kicked.
